Key Responsibilities

• Create photorealistic 3D renderings from architectural plans
• Develop interior and exterior visualizations
• Model furniture, fixtures, and architectural details
• Apply appropriate materials, textures, and lighting

• Collaborate with architects, designers, and photographers

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in 3D architectural visualization
• Proficiency in 3D software (3ds Max, Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar)
• Strong understanding of lighting and rendering techniques
• Experience with V-Ray, Corona, or similar rendering engines
• Portfolio demonstrating photorealistic architectural renders
• Knowledge of architectural principles and construction
• Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to interpret 2D plans and create 3D models
